- Determining your specific needs.
- Justifying capabilities vs. wants.
- Searching for properties in creative ways.
- Obtaining the seller’s property disclosure form.
- Recommending appropriate inspections.
- Acquiring copies of covenants and restrictions.
- Obtaining financial information when a property is located in a homeowners controlled community or when purchasing income property.
- Verifying the accuracy of seller provided information such as square footage, etc.
- Inquiring as to stigmatizations.

- Verifying whether the zoning is compatible for your intended use and if not, investigating whether this aspect can be remedied.

My ability to accomplish the above tasks may be restricted by things like closure of city or county offices over weekends or holidays, etc. In all cases however, I guarantee my best effort to be performed in a timely manner.
